A match has to be in your Match Lounge first before you can unmatch. In your Match Lounge, scroll to the bottom of the profile and tap Unmatch. Once you unmatch, that person will no longer appear in your active matches. However, if your compatibility score remains 70% or higher, they may reappear in your Feed after 30 days, giving you the option to reconnect if the timing feels right.

The AILO assessment takes about 7 minutes to complete. It's important to answer as honestly as you can. We're not matching you based on any single response. Each answer is distilled and weighed as part of a larger pattern, giving you a meaningful and accurate picture of compatibility.

Your profile is only shown to people with a higher chance of compatibility, not to the general population. To protect the privacy of our members, AILO does not allow screenshots of other people's profiles. Every profile contains personal details and compatibility insights that are meant to stay within the app. However, you can screenshot your own profile and the compatibility breakdown of your matches for your personal reference.

The AILO assessment is designed to reflect your natural dispositions, which don't change often. We recommend retaking it only if you've experienced a big shift in your life or circumstances and feel your profile preview no longer represents you accurately. Otherwise, your original results remain valid.

Your profile preview is auto-generated from your AILO assessment, so it can't be manually edited. If you feel your preview doesn't fully reflect you, you have the option to regenerate it. You can also restart the assessment at any time if you'd like a refreshed profile that better describes your nature and needs.
