AILO Cookie Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026 | Last Update: July 3, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AILO International, Inc. (“AILO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, local storage, and embedded third-party content) on our website. It also explains the choices you have about them.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are set by us (first-party cookies) and some are set by other companies whose services we use (third-party cookies). We also use browser local storage, which works similarly, to remember settings such as your cookie choice.

How We Group These Technologies

  • Necessary. Required for the website to function — for example, to carry your application details into the call-booking step, or to remember your cookie choice. These are always active and cannot be switched off, because the relevant parts of the site do not work without them.
  • Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. Only used with your consent.
  • Marketing. Used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and may involve sharing information with advertising partners. Only used with your consent.
  • Functional / Third-Party Services. Set by outside services embedded in our website, such as our scheduling tool, video players, and spam protection.

Cookies and Technologies We Use

Necessary — Booking Cookies

Names: booking_id, contact_name, contact_email, contact_phone, lead_id

Provider: AILO (first-party)

Purpose: When you submit our application form, these cookies carry your booking reference and contact details to the call-booking page so your call can be scheduled and confirmed. The booking flow does not work without them.

Duration: 24 hours. These cookies are HTTP-only and are not readable by scripts running in your browser.

Necessary — Consent Record

Name: ailo_cookie_consent (browser local storage)

Provider: AILO (first-party)

Purpose: Remembers the cookie choice you made (including the time you made it), so we do not ask you again on every visit and so consent-based technologies stay off if you rejected them.

Duration: Until you clear your browser data or we update our consent notice.

Analytics — Google Analytics

Names: _ga, _ga_*

Provider: Google LLC

Purpose: Measures how visitors use our website (pages viewed, general location, device type) so we can improve it. Loads only after you accept.

Duration: Up to 2 years.

Marketing — Meta Pixel

Names: _fbp (and related Meta identifiers)

Provider: Meta Platforms, Inc.

Purpose: Measures the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms and may be used by Meta for ad personalization. This may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Loads only after you accept.

Duration: Up to 3 months.

Third-Party — Calendly (Scheduling)

Provider: Calendly LLC

Purpose: Powers the call-scheduling widget on our booking pages. It loads when you visit a booking page, because scheduling is the service you requested on that page. Calendly may set its own cookies as described in its privacy policy.

Duration: Set by Calendly; see Calendly's cookie disclosures.

Third-Party — YouTube (Video)

Provider: Google LLC (YouTube)

Purpose: Plays press and media videos on our website. Videos load only after you click play, and we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits tracking before playback.

Duration: Set by YouTube; see Google's cookie disclosures.

Third-Party — Google reCAPTCHA (Security)

Names: _GRECAPTCHA

Provider: Google LLC

Purpose: Protects our application and waitlist forms from spam and automated abuse.

Duration: Up to 6 months.

Your Choices

When you first visit our website, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and marketing technologies. Necessary technologies stay active either way. You can change your choice at any time:

  • Cookie Settings. Open here, or use the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of our pages.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics and marketing technologies without requiring any further action from you.
  • Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site — such as call booking — from working.

If you withdraw consent, technologies that already loaded stop being used from your next page load, and no new consent-based technologies are loaded.
